As you all know that anemia is really familiar blood disease and this simply referred to as the decrease in the actual number of red blood cells so in this condition, several signs like fatigue, muscle weakness, paleness of the skin, shortness of breath, dizziness, and palpitation may result. Anemia is a condition that arises from a number of factors like; inadequate iron, vitamin deficiency, diseases, heredity or bleeding. The diagnosis usually entails blood counts, of the red blood cells, and of the hemoglobin levels.

Management may include change in diet, administration of iron, vitamins to clients or if the root cause is known the condition that is causing the anemia is treated. In the worse case scenario one may need a blood transfusion or some other treatment depending on the severity.

Let me explain what anemia really is it can be defined as a state where there is insufficient forward and healthy erythrocytes that can transport enough oxygen to the tissues and these includes ,poor diet or loss of iron and vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency, kidney disease, internal cancers, genetic disorders, bone marrow disorders, constant inflammation, or certain medications.

These factors can topple the normal manufactures or the duration of useful existence of red blood cells, albeit anemia. These might be such feelings of tiredness, weakness, pale complexion, breathlessness, spells of fainting, and coldness of hands and feet. Specific treatment depends more on the cause which in turn may range from medical treatment to surgical procedures.

Anemia can be prevented through several nutritional and non nutritional measures and one should avoid anemia by practicing a proper diet that supplies the body with necessary iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid.

And some of the foods to incorporate include but not limited to– red meat, poultry, fish, beans, leafy green vegetables, nuts, and fortified cereals also vitamin C helps in the absorption of iron, therefore, foods rich in vitamin C such as; oranges, strawberries, bell peppers are recommended during meals.

Again drink tea or coffee at least one hour before or one hour after consuming any meal as they have been known to suppress iron absorption. Also, the use of cast iron utensils in the preparation of foods results in a content increasement of iron in the food. Exercise basically aids in proper circulation of blood, and other crucial bodily fluids and this way counters anemia so one should take a healthy diet and treat chronicle diseases; it is always advisable to consult the doctor where there is a possibility of having a disease that causes anemia I hope you all understand my point.
