Greetings everyone thanks to @helengutier2 for organizing this interesting contest.

How long are you exposed to the sun?

To me I don't really expose myself to the sun but it only depends on how the sun is if its very hot then i won't be able to stay for a long time because it affects my skin and also my eyes since i was a kid till now once I stay longer than 10 minutes I definitely fall sick 😫.

But on a normal day when the sun is cool like today the sun was shining normally not too hot and i was able to stay and receive some vitamin D which is really good to the skin.

Do you use sunscreen daily?

Yes I make it a point to apply sunscreen lotion on a daily basis which a lot of people do use lots of people ignore the fact that it is essential to shield your skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun as it can easily cause premature aging this is why i apply the sun block shield which obviates the burning rays of the sun and decreases my risk for getting sunburn, skin damage, any chances of skin cancer thus I would say that I am tending to use sunscreen as part of my daily routine as a way of protecting myself as well as encouraging the healing of my skin in the future, and it is one of the most easiest ways that one can embrace in the present and remain young looking many years even even without nonsurgical ways.

Do you know how many times a day you should apply sunscreen?

You should be applying sunscreen every two hours, or even more frequently if you are swimming, sweating profusely, or towel drying (sweat and water exposure reduce its effectiveness), as the protection will start to degrade over time.

So my dear steemians in order to protect your skin from sunburn, premature aging, and also potential skin cancer risk, sunscreen should be applied and also be reapplied over and again. In the morning, make sure all skin that is to be exposed is protected with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or greater and incorporate this into your daily skincare routine to ensure proper protection from UV rays.

Do you know what the protection levels mean and which one you use daily?

The SPF rating is the simple gauge of the sunscreen protection for both UVA and UVB combined with broad-spectrum designation. SPF marks how well a sunscreen can protect the skin against UVB radiation that causes sunburn and skin cancer.

And the higher is the SPF number, the better level of protection so for everyday use i do employ sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and broad spectrum label show that the sunscreen protects against both UVA and UVB rays , in UVA rays it can prematurely age to the skin and contribute cancer and it is important to choose a broad spectrum sunscreen to get sure you are protected from both described types of harmful influence.

And for everyday use I will advis to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to shield your skin against sun damage and decrease the risk of skin cancer and premature aging as well as, you must also take note that to apply the sunscreen abundantly and reapply every two hours, or even more often if swimming or perspiring.
