Health is very important for every human being. With good health we can carry out various daily activities. Because it becomes a very absolute thing to maintain health so that we avoid various things that we don't want. Of course by maintaining health properly we can avoid various viruses or bacteria that cause disease. Even by maintaining the health of ourselves and the environment we can also avoid hereditary diseases.

Disease is a certain abnormal condition that will negatively affect the structure or function of a part or even the whole body of a living thing. Disease can also be interpreted as a medical condition associated with certain clinical signs and symptoms. Sometimes a disease experienced by a person without realizing it is a disease that is inherited from certain people who already have the disease. Usually hereditary diseases will be passed on to families who have the same blood type or the same habits as sufferers.

Diabetes or sugar disease is the most common and very easy to pass on to other families. But there is still a possibility that diabetes will not be passed on to other families depending on the condition of the body. Diseases that are triggered by the family environment as genetic diseases can be grouped into various types of diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus. There are also diseases caused by the environment outside the family but not including genetic diseases. The disease is included in infectious diseases, such as Pulmonary Tuberculosis and other Respiratory Tract Infections.

Talking about Diabetes, which is very common for everyone regardless of age, I think this disease can be easily passed on to other people. It could be that this disease has been passed on to me, so I have to maintain my health and also maintain a healthy diet. That way I have to always be careful and always regularly check the sugar levels in the body. I think it should be done by everyone especially for people who are very vulnerable to transmission of the disease.

Hereditary disease is a type of disease that is passed from parents to their children. This hereditary disease is caused by a genetic mutation and can occur in various ways. Until now, health experts have not found a way to cure diseases that are genetic or hereditary. However, there are many ways that can be done to control or delay the development of the disease. So the most likely thing to do to avoid hereditary diseases is just prevention.
