Hi Folks, This is your very own Faran Nabeel and am back here in healthy steem community. Today i will participate in the contest that is organised by @sahmie.



What are some bad habits that are hard to stop, and why is it tough to quit them?

There are many different bad habits in different peoples and some of the common bad habits that are hard to stop in boys and girls such as,

Smoking are very popular bad habit in boys and nail biting and hair pulling are very famous in girls, it's cause is maybe stress and anxiety and it can be triggering these habits in many peoples. Due to nicotine consumption and physical personality are becoming a very difficult to quit smoking in youngs.

Negative talking and thinking and gossiping habits are also very hard to quit. Bad habits are automatic in peoples or it is develop in peoples from the bad environment. Through the understanding of reasons that behind in our bad habits and seeking support and self-awareness can help us to overcome them.



How can we tell if a habit is just a habit or if it's more like an addiction? And what can we do to break them?

We can explain that if a habit is just a habit or is an addiction, through by considering the frequency and duration of habits that how we often and how long do we engaged with this habit and that we can control our habit or do we feel to continue this habit. If we identify with of this, so it may be an addiction. We can control it by seeking of professional help or training, through teh identify the triggers and causes of that habit, Make a mindset of quitting that habit and so on etc.



What are some challenges that people might face when trying to quit bad habits, and how can they overcome them?

When we trying to quit bad habits, we may face challenges like emotional attachment with habit and social pressure and influence. We challenge a lack of motivation or willpower in environment. We can face a mental or physical discomfort.

We can overcome to these habits through making a mindset and goals of our life, and remember, it is a journey to quitting our baf habis, and it's very good to take it one step at the time. With the right mindset and other's support we can overcome these challenges and can achieve our goals.



How can we support and encourage others to quit their bad habits without being judgmental or pushy.

As i told you above that it is a journey to quitting the bad habits and everyone's journey is unique, and we can encourage and support them to quitting smoking and nail biting or other habits. We can encourage them that it is essential to understanding thier judgment or pressure. Prioritize thier empathy for them and provide them a supportive environment, we can help others to feel empowered and to make positive changes in them.

Being judgemental, neglecting or abandoning those suffering addiction, will further make it difficult for them to quit. Do the little you can to help them out and you will be glad you did.

A habit to some extent can be managed but when it gets to a point to which you cannot control it, then it becomes an addiction. But in all of it, I love that fact that you have stated ways of which one can break out from these bad habits like making a conscious effort to restraint oneself then setting up goals and getting support from others.

It is vital to know how to help and support a person who wants to give up a bad habit because sometimes it is difficult to do so, to understand and understand it is equally important because as we are not all the same and feel the same, it may be very difficult for the other person, but with our help he/she will surely feel better and more encouraged.
