Hello my dear friend! Let's meet me again i am your Faran Nabeel and here today here in our wonderful healthy steem community for participating in it's contest. Today i will share information about my favorite dry fruit that is healthy for our brain health.
There are a lot of dry fruits that's are healthy for our brain health but not all are my favorite but Almonds and Walnuts my favorite dry fruit and especially walnuts because it is less costly and it is easily available on market.
Walnuts and Almonds is very famous for it's health benefits for our brain health and it's energy level. Both are known for rich in nutrients and it's nutritional profile. Both are dry fruits are packed with the healthy fats, fiber and protein that is very good for our brain health. We mostly eat this winter season.
We can eat walnuts as a snacks but not much because it's very high calories and it can be difficult for our stomach to consume such a heavy foods so, always eat walnuts in a limit. And we can consume it with other foods and drinks such as in sweets and milk. Almond milk is know for it's rich health benefits.
