Do you know how much sugar you consume per day?

Sugar, a answerable carbohydrate, adds sweetness to colorful foods. numerous people unknowingly consume high amounts of sugar daily, which can lead to health problems. Maintaining a balanced diet and being apprehensive of sugar intake are pivotal for a healthy and happy life.

Those who ignore salutary balance and consume inordinate sugar and substances often face health issues. Personally, I rarely consume sugar. I drink tea and eat sticky foods sparingly, avoid cold drinks, and rarely indulge in biscuits, sweets, or other sugar- containing treats. Even milk is taken without sugar. Consequently, my diurnal sugar consumption remains low. Being aware of sugar intake and following a balanced diet are essential for overall well- being.

Do You have a family member who has problems with diabetes?

I'm fortunate to comes from a family's where's no one has been diagnosed with diabetes. This is a significantly relief as diabetes is a habitually condition that required carefully Management and can have serious health implications. Having a family History of diabetes increased the risk of developing the condition so not having any immediate relative's with diabetes puts me at a lower risk. However it's important to remember that lifestyle factors, similar as diet and exercise, also play a pivotal role in preventing diabetes. Therefore, I'll continue to prioritize a healthy life, including a balanced diet and regular physical activity, to further reduce my risk of developing diabetes and maintain optimal health.

Have You had a problem with sugar?

To be honest I do not have any problems with sugar but I do not like it and Always try to avoid consuming it. I never felt any changes in my body whenever I consume sugar, but sometimes I've noticed a frequent occurrence of urination. I shared this issue with a doctor and underwent colorful medical tests, but all the reports came back clear, and I'm healthy and fine. The doctor said that the frequent urination is natural and there's no role of sugar in that case.

What do you think about sugar as the worst enemy?

it's absolutely correct that sugar is a mischievous enemy to our health and can severely impact it. inordinate sugar consumption can lead to diabetes as it disrupts the body's ability to regulate sugar levels, causing the pancreas to struggle in producing enough insulin to maintain balance.

In my opinion, sugar can indeed be dangerous to our health. Consuming inordinate amounts of sugar may lead to colorful health issues like obesity, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, and high cholesterol levels. Your friend's case with kidney stones is a clear example of how inordinate sugar intake can cause health problems. Reducing sugar consumption is essential for maintaining overall well- being.

The well- being is one of the topmost blessings from Allah Almighty, and when we're in good health, our internal well- being is also positive, allowing us to engage in any activity. On the contrary, when we become sick, we're unfit to perform similar activities. Overall, good health is a precious asset, so make an effort to prioritize your health, just as you do with your wealth. Try to maintain a balanced eating routine and consume lower sticky food to stay healthy and blessed.

Es un verdadero alivio cuando, nadie en nuestra familia ha sido diagnosticado con diabetes, porque además es una enfermedad hereditaria y corremos riesgo cuando un unos de nuestros familiares ya tiene la enfermedad.

El azúcar es necesario para nuestra vida, además que nos regala buenos momentos, lo que si es importante es moderar la cantidad que consumimos, porque ciertamente su consumo excesivo puede ser perjudicial para nuestra salud.

El azúcar es un enemigo silencioso para nuestro si abusamos de su consumo podemos tener muchos problemas, como obesidad y otras enfermedades entre ellas la diabetes, me alegra que cuides mucho de tu salud al no consumir azúcar en exceso, y que tampoco tengas problemas con la diabetes ni tu ni tu familia suerte en tu participación
