Blood is reddish liquid fluid. Blood is pumped by heart through arteries and veins and supplies oxygen and other nutrients to body. It perform many functions in our body. There are four groups of blood. Blood group A, blood group B, blood group AB and blood group O.
The O blood group is called universal donor. Which mean a person with this blood group can donate blood of any blood group to any person. And AB blood group is called universal recipient because they can receive transfusions of blood from any of four blood groups. .
There are four components of blood plasma, platelets, RBC (red blood cells) and WBC (white blood cells). Blood circulate in our body and deliver oxygen and other nutrients to our body. Blood is very important for our body.
Blood perform many functions in our body for proper working of our body. Blood is very important for our body. If a person loose 30 to 40 percent of blood, then there will be danger of person death.
Hemoglobin is a protein that is present in blood, due to hemoglobin blood color is red. Hemoglobin carry oxygen in our body. White blood cells fight against germs that cause fever and other diseases.
Blood also remove harm and waste product from body. Due to blood our body works properly. For healthy life we need healthy blood. That's why blood is very important for us.

- We also drink healthy juices and milk for healthy blood.
- We should maintain our diet and do exercise for our good health.
- We should eat good food to get a healthy blood.
