Hello everyone... How are you all... I hope you all are good and enjoying your Life. Today i am here again to share my thoughts about morning walk. Today's post is all about walk and morning walk.

Before sharing with you all about this i would like to thanks @khursheedanwar for such an amazing contest. I like this topic because i love morning walk and i hope you have seen in ny daily diary post about morning walk. In my many posts i suggest everyone to do walk in the morning.

So lets start

HOW MORNING WALK MAKES YOUR HEALTH GREAT

Here i first want to tell you some benefits of morning walk.
Morning walk makes us energetic and it helps us in feeling better, it clear your mind and lower our blood pressure. It also prevent weight gain and helps us in boosting our emotional and mental health. It also improves out memory by making our mind clear. Morning walk also reduces the risk of many diseases like stroke, diabetes and bp issues.

DISEASE PREVENTION

So let me tell you in little details that how it helps us in all above.
So i would like yo tell you all how it helps us in preventing from various disease like bp and diabetes and strokes e.t.c. Morning walk help in our blood circulation in this way our heart rate goes up and it helps in lowering bp and in this way it helps in reducing the risk of stroke.

MENTAL HEALTH

Morning walks helps in boosting our emotional and mental health by reducing the anxiety and depression. Morning wallk sothen our mind in this way our mind becomes clear and fresh.

PHYSICAL HEALTH

Morniy walk also improves our physical health. Its helps us in boosting our energy helps un in increasing our stamina and helps us in doing pur daily activities easily and actively.

MORNING WALK AND MY DAILY ROUTINE

As I have been told you all guys in my many post that i daily do morning walk. I always wake up early in the morning and offer fajar prayer. Then recite Quran pak. After that i always do walk for about 15-30 minutes and it is part of my daily routine. And i really enjoy Walk at morning time because the weather at morning time is very peaceful and quiet.

So this is my today's post about morning walk Contest and i hope you all like it.
