Hello everyone... How are you all.. i hope you all are good and enjoying your life. Today i am here again to share with you my thoughts and remedies according to today's contest.
Before starting my post i would like to thanks @khursheedamwar for organizing such an amazing contest.
So the topic for today's post is home remedies for sore throat. Here are some remedies which we use at our home to cure sore throat.
Remedie#1
Green tea with carrom seeds is best for treating sore throat. Add all the ingredients of green tea amd then add a pinch of these seeds for one cup of green tea and drink it. It helps in making your throat clear. And helps in curing it earlier. Green tea has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which helps in relieving pain and discomfort in the throat.

Take a spoon of honey. Don't use artificial honey. Used natural honey as its has many benifits. Honey helps in soothens the throat and supress the cough. Honey has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidents propwy that helps in curing.
Remidie#3
Take a ginger and cut it in to little slices. Then take one slice and cosume it raw. And this is one of the best way for curing . Its helps in treating sore throat in different ways like it helps in soothing the throat. Also helps in reliving pain of throat. More over it also helps in fighting with the infection inside the throat.
Remedie#4
Salt and warm water. One of the best way to treat sore throat is through the water and salt. First take a glass of water and add a spoon of table salt in it. Mix it well until you feel all the particles fully dissolve in the water. Then do guggles with this water. It helps to reduce pain amd irritation inside the throat.
