Environmental health is all about how our surroundings, like the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the places we live, can affect our well-being therefore it concerns every one of us as we all live within a surrounding.

Therefore, it is all about making sure that our environment is clean, safe, and healthy for every one of us to live in. This includes things like reducing pollution, protecting natural resources, and creating sustainable practices because by taking care of our environment, we can also take care of our own health and the health of future generations.

So, this week's contest is all about keeping our surroundings in good shape for a healthier and happier life.

What do we expect from the challenge?

To help you specifically, you can help yourself by answering the following questions:

👩‍⚕️ What do you understand by the Word "Environment"?

👩‍⚕️ How do our surroundings impact our well-being?

👩‍⚕️ What are some ways pollution, like air or water pollution, can affect our health?

👩‍⚕️ What are some simple actions you take every day to promote environmental health?

👩‍⚕️How can education and awareness play a role in promoting environmental health?

Guidelines and Rules:

• Post must be written in Healthy Steem Community.

• Post must be #steemexclusive.

• Use the following title: SEC-S16 / W4 | "The Environment and Our Health"🌍👩‍⚕️

• Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.

• Post must be more than 350 words. (350 to 500 words)

• The images used must be the author's own. (Don't forget to include the source.)

• Participants should not use any bot voting services, do not engage in vote buying.

• The participation schedule is between Monday, March 18, 2024 at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, March 24, 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
