My healthy plate contest .
For the "My Healthy Plate" contest that I decided to prepare the simple yet nutritious meal or consisting of cooked the rice or vegetable salad and yogurt. This is combination offers the balance of in essential nutrients it vibrant colors and it is a variety of the textures making it is not a only pleasing to a palate but it is also beneficial for overall health.
The foundation of the my healthy plate is a cooked rice or a staple food in many cultures. I opted for the brown rice due to its high fiber of content and the complex carbohydrates that which provide a sustained to release of a energy and the Brown rice is also rich in a essential minerals such as a magnesium which is a crucial for muscle function and to selenium is which supports to the immune system. The process of the cooking rice is straightforward yet that rewarding and the end product is a versatile base for many dishes.
The Complementing of rice is the colorful vegetable salad. For this I selected a variety of the fresh vegetables: crisp lettuce juicy tomatoes or crunchy cucumbers or sweet bell peppers and onions or fresh coriander These vegetables are not the only low in calories but
is the also packed with a vitamins and antioxidants and fiber. Lettuce and the cucumbers are hydrating and rich in vitamin K which is the important for bone and health. Tomatoes and bell peppers provide to a good dose of the vitamin C to boosting the immune system and promoting healthy skin. Onion are an excellent source of beta-carotene which is a vital for good vision then the Tossed together the these vegetables create is a visually appealing and the nutrient-dense the salad.
To enhance of the meals nutritional to profile I included a serving of yogurt. Yogurt is a probiotic to rich food that the promotes a healthy gut microbiome aiding the digestion and there are boosting the immune system. It is the also a great source of a calcium and the protein essential for the strong bones and the muscle repair. That's why I chose plain yogurt to avoid added sugars or its creamy texture to provides a delightful contrast to the crunchy vegetables and the fluffy rice.
In conclusion
My healthy plate of cooked rice with a vegetable salad and yogurt is a well of rounded meal that covers various that nutritional needs. It is a easy to prepare and delicious to eat and filled with wholesome in a ingredients that contribute to a overall well the being. This meal showcases how simple is everyday ingredients can be come together to the create and a nutritious or a satisfying dish.

Naan with daal is a God sent .It's light and very very healthy for one's body.The food already looks to good and nutritious.Yougurt literally balances with each and every thing .It's too good for your stomach problems and intestinal problems too .
