Hope all are doing well and enjoying the day I am also well by the grace of god and enjoying the day today I am shearing about cooking fishes and also write their benefits so now I started to shear you.

It was such a lovely weather that I wanted to eat fish, so I asked my father to go and get fish for me. If you take it, it will also have to be cooked, so I seasoned it first. In the spices, I added ginger-garlic paste, added fish spices and also added some red chillies, along with gram flour. After adding the flour I kept it for half an hour so that it gets incorporated well.
When half an hour was over, I put oil on a stove and turned the oil stove down a little so that it would heat up well.The oil was heated well, then I put the fish in it and fried the fish well for 10 to 15 minutes. I also took good photos so that when I post it I can share it with you guys and you guys can also make my own fish at home, so you guys will have a lot of fun and this is the fish season. There is no eating fish in the cold It is very good, it is also very good for health and its benefits are also many.
Eating jhatni with fish is very good and everyone likes it very much, so I did something like that along with fish I also made chhatni at my house. For the sauce, I took garlic and ginger. I added red chillies and green chillies to the paste, I added five to six green chillies and also added mint and coriander to it. When I added it, the sauce was ready, then I ordered a cold drink with it so that we can have the gold drink with it, so you can see how delicious the fish with the sauce looks. If you make it hot and eat it, its benefits are many and you will also like it very much.Like I liked it a lot, you will definitely like this recipe so you should make it every time and in winters make it a lot and eat more because it is the deficiency that occurs in the human body in winters.
