I need to take care of my health in order to perform all my tasks well in life. So whenever I adopt healthy activities in my life and give up unhealthy activities, I feel physically stronger and mentally stronger and fitter.
What are some things you do daily that make you feel healthy and strong?" (Healthy Habits)
I try to adopt healthy activities because as a student I get very physically and mentally disturbed due to studying a lot especially during exams and the activities I do during these times make me tired. It helps to keep it strong.
Therefore, I try to include fruits and vegetables in my diet . We have our own farm house from where my father brings fresh vegetables on a daily basis and radishes, cucumbers for salads which I use regularly.
All of our family members drink a cup of green tea every night after dinner, which is from our farm house, it helps to maintain our temperature body temperature in winters. I try to drink as much water as possible.
When my brother goes to the gym for exercise in the evening, I do 20 to 30 minutes of exercise at home, which keeps my mind fresh and my bones strong.
What are some unhealthy habits and why they are harmful for a healthy life?
Nowadays, many unhealthy habits have became the part of our lives, and one of the biggest problems face is lack of sleep. Most of the time is wasted in using mobile phone till late night due to which cannot get enough sleep at night.
Unhealthy food like junk food is also a very healthy activity as it contains a lot of fats, sugars and other spices which affect our body badly.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are very unhealthy activities because they contain particles that affect the respiratory system.
Eating too much is also considered an indulging habit and eating too much is not good for your health.
"Could you share a time when doing something healthy made you feel really good?"
Well, there is no specific time to adopt healthy activities and incorporate them into your life. But there are certain times that When I go out on the terrace or for a morning walk early in the morning and breathe in the cool air, it makes my day so nice and fresh.
And the 20 to 30 minutes of daily physical exercise that I do at night also refreshes my mind and makes me feel physically stronger.
I try to schedule my three meals a day and eat them at that time so that they don't cause indigestion.
Could you share a time when doing something unhealthy made you feel really bad?
Whenever I adopt some bad habits in my life it makes me feel very bad like sometimes if I don't get enough sleep at night due to work or study then I feel very tired all day. It happens and I feel very weak and bad.
And when I have been sick, i.e. when I have fever, flu, etc., and the doctor has forbidden me to eat cold things, but I still feel bad if I use them while I am sick. When I over indulge in junk food, I fear it will affect my health, so I feel bad about it.

Exercising will help you to stay healthier, and something very important is that you must find a way to sleep the necessary hours, that will help you.

It is very true that overfeeding is an unhealthy hygiene so is lack of sleep, it has a way of eating our system up gradually.
