What can be done to avoid being sick, what are the tips to follow so as you can be safe and have a healthy winter.
To avoid sickness and maintain good health in winter, below are some tips you can follow:
Make sure to cover your nose and mouth with tissue when you are sneezing or coughing. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands and eipose tissues properly.
Washing your hands frequently with warm water and soap esp before you eat and after using the restroom and after attending a gathering.
Boost your immune system with regular activities. In most cases , exercise helps in preventing illness and reduce the level of stress.
Eating good and healthy diet that is rich in vegetables, lean proteins and fruits. Enhance your immunity by getting minerals and vitamins esp vitamin C, this vitamin js known for enhancing immunity.
Drink enough fluids like soups, herbal teas and enough water , this can make you maintain a healthy immune systems and stay hydrated.
Have enough sleep. In other for your immune system to function very properly you need enysleep, sleep is very crucial for immune system functioning. To support your body defense mechanism, sleep at least 7-8 hrs of sleep.
Wear good winter clothing to protect yourself from cold temperature. Exposing yourself to cold can weaken your immune system.
Vaccinate yourself against vaccines that is recommended by health professionals to protect yourself from preventable diseases.
What are the Healthy Diet, drugs or Food that is been required during winter ( local or artificial).

In winter season , it's important to eat healthy and balanced diet that can give you the essential nutrients to boost your overall health and support your immune system. Let me list those foods that can be included in your diet.
Go for whole grains such as brown rice, oats and quinoa. These grains provides fiber and carbohydrates and essential nutrients
Include vegetables and fruit like berries,citrus fruits,sweet potatoes , cruciferous vegetables,broccoli to get a good intake of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals.
Eat foods that are rich and good in healthy fats like seeds, olive oil and avocados. These fast I list listed helps in supporting and reducing inflammation over all health
What kind of clothes is needed during winter
It's is essential to wear protective and warm clothes drying winter to start safe and comfortable. Below are the kind of clothes needed druing winter:
Choose to wear insulated and heavy coat that's will cover your body and provides you with insulation against cold weather .
Wear moisture wicking as a underwear to keep you dry and provide you with insulation
Keep yourself warm with woo and thermal sweaters . Tops like turtleneks and long sleeved shirts are good materials to keep you warm
Keep your feet's warm and dry with boots that are good in insulation and traction in icy and snowy conditions.
Mention the Health problem that is been trigger by winter

(SAD) Seasonal affective disorder is one health problem that commonly triggered by winter season. This health problem occured druing specific seasons esp the winter season when there's less sunlight.
Lack of sunlight can disorder the Body internal clock which can lead to low energy, change in sleeping, sadness and change in patterns of eating. SAD can impact an individual daily life and well being.
Remember,, Taking preventive measures, good hygiene and a healthy lifestyle are keys to maintaining good health during winter time.
