How does massage help you relax and reduce stress?


Massage is a therapy that I really like, when I wrote this post I just had a head massage while cutting my hair, because of the tradition in our area, when we finish cutting our hair our coconuts are always massaged.

After finishing the head massage just now, my mood and mind are now relaxed and the stress that I felt disappeared instantly, this is because when I feel a good massage my feelings become comfortable so that it makes my body and mind relax.

What good things happen to your body when you get a massage?

The good thing that happens when my body is massaged is that I feel the aches and pains all over my body immediately disappear, my body also feels more comfortable even when I am being massaged I usually fall asleep immediately because my body feels very comfortable.

When all the aches in my limbs disappear I become more enthusiastic to do activities again because my body feels like it has been re-examined because all
the tiredness in my muscles is gone.

How does massage help your body get rid of bad things and improve the work of your lymphatic system?


According to my experience, when I was massaged my blood circulation became smoother and my brain could think better, because the relaxing effect produced by the massage made all the blood flow in the body smooth which made many bad things that I experienced disappear instantly from my body.

When I finished the massage my body felt very comfortable, whatever I did when I was active became lighter, I really felt my body was better.

One thing that made me feel that the benefits of massage were very good was when I felt the cramps in my hands and feet when I was tired of doing activities immediately disappeared and were not easily felt again after I was massaged.

Massage really has great benefits, massage therapy is a natural solution to make the outside and inside of our bodies feel comfortable and relaxed, massage is also the main solution for people who work with high levels of fatigue because this massage therapy can provide great benefits for a tired body.
