What made your hospital visit the worst visit?
A few months ago I went to the hospital and I think it was my worst hospital visit in my life.
Actually, that incident is normal in public hospitals in our city, but I felt uncomfortable which made me consider that visit as the worst moment I had when I went to the hospital.
What made my hospital visit the worst moment was because I had to queue for several hours to successfully get medicine at the hospital pharmacy which made me lose a lot of time.
How were you treated by the hospital staff?
When I went to the hospital that day, I was treated well by the hospital staff, I think receiving good or bad treatment from the hospital staff all depends on ourselves.
If when we come to the hospital we are polite and follow all the rules in the hospital then we will also get good treatment from the hospital staff.
Likewise, if we go to the hospital with an impolite attitude and do not obey the rules in the hospital, then we will receive bad treatment from the hospital staff or anywhere, because our arrival disturbs them and other patients.
What specific challenges do you face?
There is no specific challenge that I face when I have to queue for a long time at the hospital, I just feel that I waste a lot of time there just to queue.
However, I also really appreciate the hospital because they have worked as hard as possible to serve the community in our city, so it is natural that they are a little late in handling patients, because the treatment given is also very good, so they have to be very careful.
How did you feel during and after the experience?
I just enjoyed the moment of queuing until my turn came, there is no point if I am selfish when I have to queue for a long time. Because my principle in life is that I must respect everyone around me.
