Did you know your liver is your body's natural detox machine. The liver has more than 500 vital functions in the body. To keep your liver healthy and happy, here are the foods that you should be eating greens like spinach and kale, they're rich in vitamin K and antioxidants which increase bile production and remove toxins and waste from your body. One of the functions of the liver is regulating blood sugar levels so eating more complex carbohydrates will keep your blood sugar level stable and put less burden on the liver. The liver is a regenerative organ for tissue growth. You need good protein, choose lean protein like chicken, fish and egg whites and from plant sources milk protein and all the legumes and pulses. Add healthy fats to your diet like mat seeds olive oil and avocados which help reduce the fat build up. Don't forget your antioxidants, include all colorful fruits to maximize your antioxidant power remember fatty food alone doesn't cause damage to your liver, cut down on sugar and process food as they can accumulate fat on the liver.
Give any example of health problem due to liver disfunction? |

Toxic liver do not have clear-cut symptoms, but if we take a thorough history of your lifestyle and your body condition it is very easy to identify certain things. Say for example someone finds it very difficult to lose weight even though their diet is balanced and if they find it very difficult that means sluggish liver is not doing optimal function and people are accumulating fat around the abdomen. If there is abdominal bloating and the skin becomes itchy and you don't have sufficient energy, so you're consuming food but you are not having that energy and throughout the day whatever work you do you become fatigued very easily. These are some of the things that are considered to come to a conclusion that someone's liver is sluggish.
