Introduction

Hello steemians, I still remain @inemesituwah.
I am here to participate in this contest which talks about headache.Headache can easily be define as a pain which is felt in the head and usually severe.

In this contest, we are given contest which we are to answer them so I move straight ahead to the questions

What cause you headache primarily in your life?

There are so many causes of headache and I am going to be listing them out;

  • Eye strain; head ache are caused by eye strain like stressing your eyes on a monitor screen and other devices which causes discomfort in the eyes and can lead to headache.

  • When you over use medication meant for pains can cause a rebound headache

  • When you are dehydrated i.e not drinking enough water causes some symptoms of headache

  • when different or even one type of hard drug such as marigrauna can trigger the effect of headache.
    +Lack of adequate sleep at night causes morning headache.

  • And the main cause of headache to me is maleria. Maleria is caused by mosquitoes which Inject it diseases on us and it then caused maleria and then it brings about headache.

  • Tension: Tight muscles around the neck and scalp, mainly because of stress or poor posture causes headache.

  • Migraines: it is a neurological disorder causing severe, debilitating headaches, mainly with sensitivity to sound and light.

  • Environmental factors: Environmental factors such as noise, light, weather changes, or altitude changes contribute in headache.

What you do personally to get relief from headache?

  • By Staying hydrated: Drink a lot of water in order to help the body replenish fluids and electrolytes.

  • Take a rest: have a Rest and relax in a quiet, dark an comfortable room in order to reduce stress and also alleviate tension.

  • Over-the-counter pain relievers: Consider the taking of pain relievers such as acetaminophen

  • Using Cold or warm compresses: by applying either a cold or warm compress to the forehead, neck, or shoulders in other to help on relaxing muscles.

  • Using Herbal teas: Try to sip herbal teas such as ginger, peppermint, or chamomile to calm and soothe.

  • Massage: Gently massage the temples, neck, and shoulders in other to release tension and also improve the flow of blood.

  • Avoid triggers: Identify and avoid potential headache triggers, such as certain foods, lights, or sounds.
