I am an allergic to the flu. Whenever the flu season comes around I often to feel unwell. My body reacts badly to it by making me sneeze or cough and to feel very tired. It is important to take care of myself during this time to me avoid feeling a worse.
Having a flu allergy that can be tough especially when the weather is changes or during the flu season. I also try to boost my immune system by more drinking lots of fluids and eating a foods rich in vitamins. Getting the enough rest and to staying away from the crowded places helps me to prevent getting flu symptoms again.
How did you realize that you are allergic to that substance? What were the reactions or symptoms that you had?
I realized that I have a flu allergy when I kept getting a sick during the flu season. Every time I would feel tired and i have a runny nose and start coughing a lot. My throat would hurt and I sometimes had more fever. These symptoms kept to coming back every year especially when the weather is changed. At first I thought that it was just a cold but it was lasted longer and made me feel worse than a normal cold. My doctor told me it was the normal flu and I needed to be careful during the flu season. Now I try to stay away from the crowded places to keep warm and to take care of my health to avoid feeling sick again.
How do you control an allergic attack?
When I feel a flu allergy to attack coming the first thing that I do is rest. Resting can helps my body to recover faster. I also drink a lot of warm fluids like soup or an herbal tea to stay more hydrated and soothe my throat. To prevent the flu from getting a worse I stay in a clean environment that avoiding dust and the strong smells. I try to stay away from the people who are sick because the flu can be spread easily. Wearing a mask and washing my hands to often helps me to reduce the chances of getting more sick. By following these steps I can manage the symptoms and to feel better more quickly.

To avoid for getting the flu I take it a few simple steps. First step I stay away from the crowded places when especially during a flu season because of the virus to spreads easily when many of people are close together. I wash my hands are often with the soap and a water to kill any germs I might pick up during the day. Using hand sanitizer when I can not wash my hands also helps.

I was allergic to shellfish some time ago. I then went to a homeopath, who treated me for nearly a year. Behold, my allergy was gone! Today I can eat shellfish, but I always carry a table in my handbag just in case something goes wrong.
Having allergies is no joke!
Best wishes, and thank you for the invitation.
