Hygiene is one of the best ways to protect yourself from diseases, including colds, etc. Washing your hands with soap after doing any work can help us avoid germs that make us sick. By adopting the principles of hygiene, we are also protected from spreading diseases to others. Hygiene means keeping the external parts of the body clean and taking care of our health. When we take care of our hygiene, no disease can enter our body. Hygiene also means adopting behaviours that take better care of one's health, and these behaviours include washing hands with soap, bathing daily, and keeping one's face clean.

Hygiene is important because when we practise good hygiene, we live longer and avoid diseases. Hygiene is also important because it protects you and your children from germs and infectious diseases so that you stay germ-free and don't infect others. Cleanliness is very important to stay healthy. When we don't take care of our health and don't wash our hands with soap, many diseases will enter our body, affecting ourselves and the people around us.

• After doing any work, wash your hands thoroughly with soap so that no germs enter the body through your hands.

• Try to bathe daily so that no germs stay on our body.

• It is mandatory to brush twice a day so that no bacteria remains in our mouth.

• Trimming your nails once a week is a must, as the bigger nails are where germs spread the most.

• Wash your mouth frequently so that no dust particles become an excuse to spread germs.

• Whenever you cough or sneeze, hold a tissue in front of your mouth to avoid infecting others.

• Whenever you touch an animal or pet, immediately wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for 20 seconds.

It is a very famous saying that after godliness is cleanliness, meaning that it is our moral duty to keep ourselves and our surroundings, as well as our homes, clean. In Islam, it has been repeatedly told about cleanliness that you should keep yourself clean, wear clean clothes, and also take special care of your surroundings and spread less dirt. We should take care of this famous saying, and by this saying, when we keep ourselves clean, our heart and mind will also be clean and fresh, and cleanliness is half faith.

We also have our own benefit in staying clean because when we take special care of cleanliness, any type of virus or bacteria will not be able to enter our body, which will help us avoid many diseases. The surrounding environment will also be kept clean. Viruses and bacteria are the main causes of disease. Whenever even a small virus comes near our body, we suffer from a major disease.
