Today I am going to participate in another Steemit engagement Challenge, season #11, Week #5 contest which is organized by Healthy Steem Community and the theme for this week is about the four main factors of health.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?
Well my dad is pretty simple. I eat all the things that are made at home like vegetables, meat, chicken and rice etc. and do not skip any meal because if anything that I mention is missing from our diet we can face some difficulties in our health. I include all the things that are important for my health in my diet and as a young girl I need a lot of energy and most of our energy comes from nutritious food and that's why I do not skip anything in my meal.
Overall my dad is pretty good for my health and to make it better I also try to skip fried food and especially junk food because these can make our healthy food unhealthy due to lots of oil and unhealthy ingredients in it.
one thing that I really want to include in my dad is more and more salad because when I saw my diet I consume most of the healthy foods but I do not eat that much salad and I think that is very important because salad is light and help us in keeping our physic healthy.
What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?
Well, I might be very healthy physically but if I talk about my sleeping pattern they are not really healthy and good because I sleep 9 hours day Which is not unhealthy but I sleep at 2:00 a.m. and then I wake up around 12 p.m. in the morning so my sleeping hours are not unhealthy but my sleeping routine is not really good.
I have developed this unhealthy routine just because my summer vacation is going on and That's why I sleep late at night and also wake up very late.
As a mention that my sleeping pattern is not that much good so I will try to improve it but my sleeping routine gets right once My University starts because then I have to wake up early so ultimately I sleep on time and in this way my sleeping routine when improve after my University reopens until then I will also try to sleep on time because that's what I have the mind and body need.
What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?
My exercise changes from time to time but if I talk about it now, my exercise is very less. I only do some exercise in the evening walk for sometime and do some skipping. Because these days are really hot and also my body is very weak. You sweat while working so I do not prefer heavy exercise.
But exercise is very important for all of us because nowadays I only work at computers and sit whole day which is not really good for my physical health so I will try to improve my exercise routine and I am thinking to start evening walk each day with my mother so that it would be good and Will benefit both my physical and mental health.
What do you do for mental fitness?
I have seen many of my friends who are very healthy physically but they are mental fitness is very weak and this is only because they do not focus on mental fitness and always focus on their work but in my point of you mental fitness is very important because if you are not healthy mentally you cannot do anything or any activity is physically.
Stay fit mentally I do activities that make me happy and fresh such as painting, crafting and writing which makes me happy and gives relaxation to my mind because whenever we do such activities you feel the sense of achievement that you get while doing these activities.
This is also another habit that everyday in the afternoon before the sunset I go to the top roof of my house and spend about 1 to 2 hours over there watching the sunset and it's something that makes me happy.
Watching the sunset and listening to the birds singing while watching the patterns of Clouds changing in the sky give me another kind of pleasure that makes my mind clear and fresh from any kind of stress and in this way I keep proving my mental health.

You have posted a good content. Staying healthy is blessing, your diet is very good and should continue to eat things having nutrients and also avoid foods containing fats.
