Steemit Engagement Challenge | S11W6 | "The Diary Game and your health"

Hello beautiful people!

This is going to be another day another diary but this is going to be a healthy diary or I will talk about my daily routine along with my diet that I take and what other activities that I do to stay healthy and fit so let's get into my healthy day today.

Today I woke up around 10:00 a.m. in the morning. Today I woke up earlier than my usual vacation
routine because my university is going to restart from 10th of September so I am trying my best to set my routine. I washed my face and got fresh and then I went to the kitchen to help my mother and prepare our breakfast.

I had a cup of tea with paratha. This is my usual break first and sometimes I also have an egg or omelette with it but today I just ate plain paratha with a hot cup of tea. We can call it a healthy breakfast. But it can be completely healthy if we skip paratha and eat plain naan without oil.



After I had my breakfast I wash the dishes and then my mother gave me my supplements, today is my first day of taking these supplements because I have been facing hair fall issue from last few weeks and I was really worried about it so my mother told me to have the supplements after my mean so after break first I had these vitrum tablets so that my hair becomes strong because it contains zinc which helps in keeping my hairs and nails healthy.

Earlier I was not really used to having supplements or any kind of Vitamins but now growing up I realise that we all need these kinds of supplements because when we grow up our body needs more energy and many of those things that are not included in our diet can be full field by the supplements.

After sometime I turned on my computer and first of all I checked some activities on steemit as whenever I turn on my computer I firstly check my steam if there are any notifications and updates and then I set my time table for what things I will do today. I checked the updates and started working on my engagement entry.


After some time while I was working my mother called me and asked to prepare lunch. I first asked my sister to ask her what she would eat and then I went to the kitchen and started preparing Macaroni.

I prepared chicken vegetable macaroni. Actually my sister likes chicken in her macaroni and I along with my parents like to have it with vegetables so I put all the preferred vegetables and chicken in it to make it delicious as well as healthy for all of us. So I had this healthy macaroni for lunch which I guess is better than other heavy meals.

After lunch, I washed the dishes and then I turned on my computer again. I did some of my other work as I am also working on my small business to grow up so I have to do some stuff related to that while my sister orders some vanilla milkshake and doughnuts from this new Cafe.

I really enjoyed the vanilla milkshake. It was really yummy and we can say it's healthy too because it was without cream which makes it heavy so vanilla milkshakes are always really healthy. I also had half a donut because it also contained many calories so I didn't eat it full because it's really oily and sweet which can add in some extra calories to my diet.

In the afternoon I went to the rooftop. It's the time which I spent alone and mostly on the rooftop because watching the clouds changing their shapes and watching the sunset along with beautiful birds moving around really relaxes my mind and this is my therapy of Making myself happy and relaxed.

I laid down there and spent some time watching the clouds and today the weather was really beautiful and a calm wind was blowing which was making the scenery more beautiful and calming to my soul. To keep yourself healthy We also keep a specific time for ourselves to relax and calm our mind and body. Since it's my healthy diary, I'll mention that everyone should do some meditation or spend some time in nature to keep themselves healthy both physically and mentally.

After sunset I came down, I offered my prayer. Today my family demanded to make them a pizza so I went straight to the kitchen because it needs lots of effort and required time to do each step precisely. Pizza is an Italian fast food and we can say that it can be unhealthy at times and also healthy food if you prepare it in a different way.

The pizza that I make at home is really healthy because I use a thin crust and also add many wedges in the topping to make it more healthier. cheese is the most unhealthy and heavy ingredient in pizza so to make it a bit better here I add very less cheese and also homemade Mozzarella cheese. Everything that I used to make a pizza is all homemade and that's why you can call it a healthy pizza.

After finishing my dinner and having a pizza I went to the rooftop with my brother. We walk for some time and discuss some other matters. We do walk after every meal which is really good for our health and we also do it regularly because when we eat and sit or stay in the same place it's close down our digestion and makes our physic worse.



Conclusion:



My diet is pretty healthy because I mostly avoid cold drinks and fast food along with the junk food that I used to eat in the past. With growing older I realise that we should always keep our diet healthy and avoid such food that makes our physical and mental health worse. The one thing that I think I should work on is my sleeping routine because I sleep very late at night and then I have difficulty in waking up early in the morning and for being healthy both mentally and physically I think we should sleep on time and wake up early in the morning.

milk shake is also my favourite. When i went to market sometimes i used to drink milk shake. I like to drink banana with mango shake. You are using chicken vegetable macroni in lunch. Everyone has different tastes so appreciate that you like to eat macroni but i don't like it. Sometimes my little sister insisted me then i just take one or two spoons only. I like to read your post. Thanks for sharing.
