what are the healthy food in your place that is suitable for morning, afternoon and evening.

To live healthy life it's very important to take healthy diet. There is a variety of food used for morning, afternoon and evening. The food in the morning is called as breakfast. Let's start discussion about the healthy food for morning.

Morning

we can start our day with healthy meal like fresh fruits like bananas and berries. These are used as a source of fibers which our body needs. Another option is whole grain toast with avocado spread. It is full of fats and vitamins. The vitamin supplements are very necessary for our body. The breakfast must be healthy the people who live in the village areas like to eat parathas and omelette I also prefer to take healthy breakfast in the morning.

Afternoon

In the lunch time we can enjoy fresh salad with colourful vegetables like tomatoes, carrot and cucumbers. A piece of chicken, different vegetables and some grains also added to your lunch time.

Night

A simple and light can be a part of our night meal. It could be delicious and nutritious meal. Vegetables with soup and curd with milk, protein and fiber rich foods can be added to dinner.

Are this food full of preservatives or is fresh from the garden

These products are not preservatives but get from the garden or the shops. These products when obtain from the fresh garden they have a lot of nutrients. As I mentioned that the fresh and colorful vegetables can be added to the lunch time meal as these are rich in fibers which are essential for health.

what are the healthy benefits

The benefits of healthy diet are;

The nutritional ruch food provide us fuel to stay active and we can deal the whole day.

Maintain a healthy weight:

when we take healthy diet and regular exercise it can help us to maintain our healthy weight.

Enhance immune system:

The healthy diet in which we take protein and fibers rich nutrition it can help us to boost our immune system.

Support brain health:

Nutrients like fatty acids found in fish and nuts can help us to maintain our healthy brain system. As brain is the major organ of the body which needs healthy nutrients.
