Skin health is very for our overall health. It is first line of defence against the outside environment. protect us from harmful agents, the skin organ is helpful to regulate our normal body temperature. A skin barrier works as a barrier stop the arrival of pathogenic organisms.The skin health also has some impacts on our mental and emotional well-being. A clear and neat skin makes us confident and self-esteem and provide us a positive imaging. The disorders of skin can irritation and affect our quality of life. The function of skin is important in the protection from diseases and infections. The health of skin is important to regulate the internal body temperature sweating and urination.

How does hydration affect skin health?

Hydration is a basis of healthy skin and this process is helpful to maintain the skin structure.As a plant needs water to grow the same way our skin also needs hydration to thrive. When we hydrated our skin properly it gives our skin a good complexion dehydration can cause irritation and aging.The process of hydration helpful to remain lipids in contact in the Outer layer of the skin.

What are common skincare mistakes to avoid?

Exfoliation is very significant o remove dead skin cells and promote new healthy skin. But over exfoliationcan cause harm which can cause irritation and inflammation. Use a sunblock to protect o skin from harmful ultraviolet rays.Don't sleep with makeup, it can cause pores on skin. Removal of makeup before sleeping.Skin moisturization is significant in the maintainance of healthy skin. Use of a suitable moisturizer for our skin is essential to maintain healthy skin.

How can diet impact skin health?

Water is very effective to maintain healthy skin. The Dehydration can cause reduction in the elasticity of skin. Make sure to drink at least eight glass of water once a day. Some foods such as leafy green vegetables and citrus fruits are helpful to maintain the collagen production in our skin.
The use of carbohydrates can regulate the level of blood sugar which makes our skin healthy.
The use of vitamin D in diet can reduce dryness in our skin.

What are natural ways to maintain healthy skin?

Drink at least eight glass of water once a day. The. balanced in diet is very effective in the maintainance of healthy skin. A healthy food include minerals , vitamins , fruits and vegetables.
Adequate sleep is also important. Always clean your skin twice a day properly. Use of sunscreen to protect our skin from ultraviolet rays. Use of a suitable moisturizer for your skin. Always prefer natural products for skin instead of formula products.
