The word behavior is the way that the someone acts. It could be actions and reactions. It's all about how we interact with others in different types of situations. The behavior may be good or bad. The good behavior brings positivity while on the other hand the bad behavior has some negative impacts and it may be disappointed, disrespectful and can be harmful. It is very important to aware of what we are behaving.

This behavior refers to the behavior which benefits the society as a whole. It includes the act of kindness, empathy and help others without expecting anything in return. Risky behavior
This type of behavior is the actions that includes taking chances that have negative consequences. It can be dangerous like, dangerous stunt, or participating in illegal activities. Engaging in such activities can be harmful to our society. Always be aware of such behaviors and keep safe yourself.
Aggressive behavior
The word aggressive refers to the actions that are intended to harm others physically or may be emotionally. It includes verbal or non verbal, physical. The aggressive behavior can often be anger or frustration to assert power over others. It's important to find healthy ways to control such behaviors otherwise it can be harmful for our society.

The role of behavior is very significant in our lives. The impact of positive behavior like appreciation, encouragement brings positivity on our mental health. These behavior can bring a sense of happiness and joy. If we behave others in a well manner it will give us peace and comfort.But on the other hand if we will behave negatively with others it will be disgusting. If someone will behave negatively with us we will feel bad and affect our mental health.
Physical health
Every positive thing brings positivity in our lives the same way positive behavior is also very important in someone's life and also for physical health. Engaging yourself in healthy behaviors can promote positive impacts on our physical health. On the other side unhealthy behavior like a sedentary lifestyle, inadequate diet and sleep can cause serious health issues.
