Fresh Vegetables
I live in a village which is named as Chichoki Mallian. In my village the most two useful vegetables are tomatoes and spinach.These two vegetables not only popular in the traditional foods buy they Rae benifical for our health.
The tomatoes are the staples in our daily household and they we generally used in our most of the dishes.They are used in the salads, they are used in the curries and the tomatoes sauce made by using the tomatoes. The tomatoes contains the vitamin C and vitamin K. And these both vitamins are a good of source of folate and potassium.
One of the main elements in the tomatoes is lycopene it is a powerful antioxidant that contains a lot of health benefits. It is benifical to maintain our cardiovascular health and reduce the risks of the diseases of the heart and also helpful to control some kinds of the cancer.
The tomatoes have low calories and they can be used to maintain healthy diet. Their colour and texture is very attractive and it's juicy texture adds the nutritional benefits to the meal.
Another one of the most useful fresh vegetables in my village is Spinach.This green vegetable is full of nutritional benefits such as it contains vitamins A and C , it also posses iron and potassium. It can be used in raw salads. It is incorporated in a variety of dishes like traditional curries and pasta etc.
They can be easily grown in the home gardens. They grow in warm climate areas, a small area is required to grow these two vegetables.
Both of these two vegetables offer us a lot of health benefits.The tomatoes have good source of the vitamin C which is essential for our immune system and this vitamin is also helpful to maintain healthy skin.The another vitamin K is also important for us. It is helpful to main the healthy bones.The presence of the potassium is also helpful in the regulation of teg blood pressure and can be supportive for heart health.

It is (spinach)full of vitamins like A, C and K. As the vitamin A is very important for our health of the vision and bone health. It is also a good source of the iron which is helpful for the synthesis of the red blood cells in the human body, if it will be helpful in the production of the red blood cells,then it will be helpful in the prevention of anaemia.
