The self care is very important for everyone's personality and also for well-being. The self care is the care of yourself to keep clean your clothes, take care of your health, brushing teeth twice in a day. Take care of ourselves can helpful to reduce anxiety, depression.

When we take care of our health such as we do exercise on daily basis, take proper healthy diet and enough sleep of 7 to 8 hours, all these can improve our mental well being and also physical health, it can boots our immunity system. In this way the self care is very important for physical health.
When we take care of ourselves, we take care of our and other's needs of emotions, in this way we become more available in our relationships whether it is love or friendship. When we prioritize self care, it enables us to engage with our loved ones in the quality time. The self care provides us happiness in our lives as it is helpful in prioritizing our needs and we find joy and happiness in different little things.
When we engage ourselves with different types of our self care activities which can boost our self confidence and courage. It can create a positive impact on our mental well being and also physical health.
