Now it is Ramadan month. After fasting the whole day in the holy month of Ramadan, we arrange different types of sherbet in Iftar. We always try to include foods that are nutritious for our health in our diet. Nowadays people are more aware of food. But if you soak it in water for 30 minutes before eating, you will get good benefits.

According to experts, mixing 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in 1 glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning and at night before going to bed gives good results.
