Good health is very important in the lives of all human beings which means we have to get to any extent to achieve and maintain it, because it's the source of our strength and happiness in our daily lives, most people have been running Helter skelter searching for solutions or cure for different kinds of health issues and challenges, which may have been caused by ignorance and lack of maintenance of our health in the past, so In order to avoid this mistakes and regrets in the future to come we have to take proper good care of our health and pay good attention to those minor issues that comes across it..... So today we will be discussing another important aspect of our health which is Headache, and the question implies what is headache?.......According to john Hopkins medicine...A headache is pain or discomfort in the head or face area, Types of headaches include migraine, tension, and cluster.
What cause you headache primarily in your life?
Headache are caused in different ways and also in different aspects as well, I will be sharing with you what causes headache in our primarily life, which are as follows
- I normally have headaches when I'm over stressed, that is to stress causes headaches and it is advisable to mind the limit of work and stress in involves your selfs into because at times it does not leads to headache only but it also leads to health challenges such as anxiety, depression, chest pain and memory issues.
- Eye problem, people who have eye problems are likely to get headache easily because the eye is connected to the brain which makes it develop pain and then causes headaches easily, I noticed this with one of my friend with eye problems who normally complains of constant headache when tears is coming out from his eyes.
Sometimes teeth and dental issues causes headache, for those of us who normally have tooth aches are a good testimony to what am saying now. - sometimes meditation also causes me headache, what am saying is that if you over meditate your body will react and it will leads to headache.
- the food and diets you eats also matters because spoilt food and fruits causes stomach pain which as well result to headaches
- loneliness and boardness sometimes contribute to headache because it will leads you to long and deep taught which is not good for your health and this can boost the opportunity of you getting headache.
- lack of sleep as well as insufficient sleep causes headaches and weakness of the body, yes I normally experience that when I slept late and woke up very early which is not good at all cost.
What you do personally to get relief from headache?
As time comes to past we all are learning new things as well as idea, and methods of facing and overcoming challenges in our daily lives so today we will be talking of what and what to do in order to relief from headache. Which are as follows
- learn to minimize your stress if you discover that it affects your daily life negatively and causes headaches for you reduce it, because it's only then that the burden will relief from you
- Try by offering the body a good and sufficient sleep at least 7 to 8 hours per day which will help the body to maintain a proper health conditions and have the ability to overcome other health challenges
- try by associating your self with people most especially the ones who loves you like e.g your friends and family this will help you over come loneliness and depression which leads to headaches often
- Always let go of something that you know it won't come back to you, like those who suffers under break up from partners, money lost in business and some other things that will make you think alot, try to forget about those things and move on with your life, after all a wise man once said "if one door closes another one opens for you" so there is no limit to what you can achieve so don't panic.
- try by eating something nice and healthy such as good food and fruits which boost your immune system, increase your blood vessels and makes you feel good most times remember health is wealth.
- last but not the least always pray to God almighty for divine protection and guidance because with God almighty all things are made easy, because some headache are not just ordinary but spiritually which requires Gods intervention.
