Greetings everyone, regards to my fellow steemians around the globe, how are you all doing today, hope you are all enjoying the beautiful moments of June, by the way I'm john from Nigeria it's my pleasure having you in this amazing contest. "Let's talk about Vinegar" here in #healthy-steem, I decided to take part in this contest to share view with you guys and at the same time bring out the best in me when it comes to creativity.

Before I proceed to the contest questions and hints I will like to share with you explanation on what vinegar is all about, According to Britannica website, vinegar is a sour liquid that is made by the fermentation of any of numerous dilute alcoholic liquids into a liquid containing acetic acid,

Every human being have somethings that they do every day either in their work place or at home, so they are some things I do everyday like pray to God, brush my teeth, take my bath, Eat, sleep and so other things that are not included here,

Are all vinegars the same? Explain the differences between the different types of vinegars (at least 3) and their most common culinary uses.
There are different types of vinegar that is to say every type of vinegar has it own specific flavor or and also different areas we can use them, I will be sharing with you some types of vinegar it uses and difference with other vinegar,

  • we have white wine vinegar which is made up of acetic acid and water it can be used for cooking, cleaning of our homes and some people also uses it to reduce and loss weight
  • we also have red wine vinegar which is made up of plants it's used in treatments of infections, diabetes, diseases and injury's in human and animals body.
  • they are also one called rice wine vinegar is produced and processed from through the process of turning rice into achohol in other to make vinegar from it, it is used in Washing dishes or makes dishes look shine and good looking, it is also used in dressings and clothes and it can also improves the immune system of our body.

What are the health benefits of consuming vinegar regularly?
For me I will say vinegar is not what someone should consume or take into the body regularly because if taken often it will have a bad side effects on our body, but the benefits of vinegar includes....it boost and improves our immune system as I earlier said, it also helps to fight and prevents some illness and diseases such as diabetes and infections, it can helps reduce weight for those who are looking for weight loss vinegar is there for you, and last but not the least it reduces the amount of sugar in our body.

What type of vinegar is considered the best in terms of flavor and health benefits?
For me prefer rice vinegar and white wine vinegar because they play a lot healthy roles in human body like weight loss, helps in the treatment of injuries, helps prevents and fights infections and many more health benefits we got from them,

How is cider vinegar different from regular vinegar?
Cider vinegar is differ from regular vinegar because of the flavor and ingredients that there are made from, also there serves different ways and are used in different aspects, regular vinegar gives sour and bitter taste, it is also have bad smell while cider vinegar is yellow in colour.

What treatments or home remedies can be done using vinegar?
I have made mention of that early but let me still repeat it, the treatments or home remedies that can be done using vinegar are cleaning, treatments of diabetes, and stomach ache, it is also used in treatments of different types of infections like toilet infection, nails infections and ear infections as well, some people also uses it to treat wounds(injuries).
