Hello Steemians happy new week to you. I trust you are doing very fine and having a nice time with your loved one. Indeed I am so excited to have you here my dear friend. In this post, I have discussed how I feel mentally.
How do you feel mentally? Be as open as possible.
As of the time of writing this post, I feel mentally strong and healthy. However, as of 3 days ago, I was feeling mentally weak because of how stressful the journey and work that I did was.
At the time I was feeling mentally weak, I ate healthy food took a paracetamol drug, and rested before feeling mentally strong. I hardly fall sick, but anytime I overstress my life with a workload of entering the sun when the weather is hot I do get a week. In conclusion, I am mentally fit, sound, strong, and healthy today.
What activities do you do to maintain your balance?
The first activities that I do to maintain my balance are to eat healthy food and rest for a while, before doing exercises like jogging, sit-ups, swimming, and relaxing in a calm environment.
Eating good food and doing exercises are very important to our health which I don't like missing for once.
Could you describe what would happen if you had poor mental health?
Many things would have happened to me if I could have poor mental health as poor mental health deprived someone of so many things. However, some of the things that would have happened are:
I would have been taking drugs often or going to the hospital for checkups regularly.
It would have caused me unemployment.
It would have caused me to have a poor-quality lifestyle.
I would have been in a state of inappropriate incarceration and suicide.
Since poor mental health affects a person's emotions, social well-being, and psychological, I would have been having problems with my thinking and responding to people.
