Although I am not a doctor, I will try to tell you from my own experience. There are many types of allergies, I will discuss a few.

• Food allergies: Food hypersensitive reactions occur whilst there may be a response to positive proteins found in meals.Peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, milk, eggs, and wheat are examples of common allergies.

• Skin allergies: Skin allergies show up as skin reactions, such hives, eczema, and contact dermatitis to nickel, latex, or certain plants.

• Insect allergies: Many people experience allergic reactions on specific parts of the skin after being bitten by mosquitoes, ants etc. Swelling of specific areas, runny nose, conjunctivitis of the eyes may occur.

• Cold and Cough: Many people may have a cold due to allergic reactions. Frequent sneezing with a cold. Itchy nose and eyes, watery eyes, etc. may occur.

What are the three symptoms of allergies explain it.

Allergies can involve any part of the body, I will try to talk about them. Below I have discussed three symptoms.

01	Skin reactions: Various types of reactions can be seen on the skin due to allergies, such as: Some part of the skin starts itching and it causes discomfort. Red or raised spots appear on it. Some parts of the skin swell, especially the eyes, lips, or hands and feet.

02	Respiratory problems: Numerous hypersensitive reactions can bring about breathing issues, like recurrent sneezing added on through dust, pollen, or animal fur . Allergies cause a blocked or excessively watery nose.

03	Eye and throat discomfort:Allergies can cause itchy and watery eyes. Food or environmental allergies can cause a dry or sore throat.

There are some simple and effective methods to save you hypersensitive reactions, in an effort to help you live a more comfortable and healthy life.

If you're allergic to any meals, inclusive of nuts, wheat, or milk, you have to absolutely keep away from them.
