I am very familiar with this saying! "An apple a day helps maintain good health" is a long-standing health advice. That's another perspective, whether it's right or not.

If eating an apple a day could magically keep the doctors away, I'd be in an orchard by now. But hey, apples pack a punch of goodness. They are reminiscent of a delightful treat from Mother Nature, with no regrets. They fight toxins with fruit superheroes, fiber, vitamins and antioxidants.
