Taking my program personal.

Dear diary.

It was a new week to begin my healthcare daily routine, engaging in aerobics programs with steemians and non steemians. As you're reading down, you'll find out interesting and eye catching programs that we did in Monday and their benefits.

It was cold outside when my alarm rang and the sound came to my ear, 5 o'clock but i was still sleepy so i decided to extend my alarm to 6 o'clock just to had another extra one hour to my sleep; the thing is, I slept late but woke early. Anyway the one hour wasn't enough but I had to navigate things in places to favour my schedule.

Finally it was 6 o'clock and I was good to go, I first took a brush to clean out the leftover food that could form plague in my teeth then dressed in my workout shirt and get ready to go. I was about to leave when I receive a phone call from alli001 asking me to exercise little patient for him to arrive so we could walk together, i did as he commanded.

Soon he arrived and we both left. We reached the our without camp just a few minutes after we boarded a bus to the camp. My coach @ngoenyi is always punctual when it comes to keeping time, she was there even before our arrival. Anyway the good thing was we were there because it is said that seeing is better than told.

I'll always reminds you about the important of aerobics.

"Our body needs to be exercise in others to help blood circulation, burn out fat and improve our health care. There's more in exercising ourselves, we protect ourselves from incurable disease when working out daily, maybe we won't cure these diseases entirely but working out daily secure a longer lifespan by fighting these diseases." In no time we began the program as they had already started. The programs are as follow.

Cross Crunch

Cross crunch was the first program I choose for the day, it's not a new program as I've been doing it fluently but this particular day was very painful. As seen in the picture, the program was done by stretching my leg and tuck in my knee, then pick cone from left to the right and from the right to the left.

It looks easy in the eyes but it was hell to me, the pain was felt in my abdomen and little in the leg. My coach will always say, don't stop when you're tired but when you're done. It sounds weird but that's the truth, the pain was unbearable but I stopped when I was done.

Cross crunch has a better exercise that flattened the tummy and gives a normal body shape; when I was doing the program, the lines in my tummy was becoming visible as a results of Six pack I was happy.

ABS WORKOUT

ABS WORKOUT my next program after cross crunch. This program was done by sitting on the step board, stretching and hanging out legs in the air while stuck in our knee, our hand was to place in our chest and bend back. The instructions was suspend in the position until the tabata song stop. Let me not lie, at some point I stop even before the song ended, it was all about enduring the pain but it wasn't easy.

LEG STRETCH

We also did leg stretch, this particular program was very difficult and few people were able to do it. In this program, I sat in a flat floor with my two legs stretched and my two hands up front, then slowly bending down my upper body.

My pelvic was the real suffered because after stretching the both of my legs, my pelvic was widely open and it was stretched. My spinal cord was the second suffered because slowly bending down my upper body triggered my backbone which affects the spinal cord.

I sustain in the position for 160 seconds, I was more flexible and agile when I stood up, but the pain was live. Others people couldn't dare to do this particular program especially the females so my coach took the chance to work them out. It was funny though as they all shouted out loud.

After the whole program, the coach decided to do the normal aerobics workout. In a straight line we form, the tabata song was played and the workout began. Things we did include, stretching our hands up and down, stretching our legs, bending down and raising up our head and lots more.

We also did others program which I couldn't take the picture, we did programs like...

Plank.
Dumbbell lift.
Skipping.

After everything, a group pictures and in two and three pictures were excitedly taken, the end was fun-filled as everyone were smiling, @bossj23 came around after we missed him for almost a month. I hope you'll enjoy watching the following pictures.
