What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?
Many things: fruits (including nuts such as nuts, which are excellent for health) and vegetables, eggs are one of the safest sources of protein (3 eggs a day is for example quite healthy).
Legumes (beans, peas, lentils, etc.) are also a great source of protein containing many minerals and vitamins, as are cereals which are complementary (rice, corn, spelled)…
On the other hand, it is not advisable to eat meat every day, it is also necessary to avoid adding salt as much as possible (or totally) and industrial sauces / butters / fats. In short, the closer the food is to its natural state (whole grain rice is healthier than white rice) and far from industrial processing, the better it is for humans.
It should be noted that the best diet for human health is omnivorous (who eats everything), including meat and/or fish, vegetables, fruits, legumes, cereals, etc… taking care to limit the consumption of meats and insisting lots of fruits and vegetables.
The Mediterranean diet long considered the most virtuous, is currently questioned in recent reviews of large-scale studies, as to its supremacy, but remains an excellent diet.
What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?
It depends on my plans and what I have to finish during the day.
For example, if I don't have much to do during the day and I don't have to get up early, I sleep about 10 hours, shorter or longer depending on the hour I slept - I've been known to love staying up late a lot.
Also, I can sleep 4 hours when I don't have enough time to do all the work or just because there is something catching my attention on the Internet and even when I go to sleep I am not sleepy but just to get some rest. It does not require training or anything, but I think it is a special ability that some people have over others, because I'm the only one in my family who can do this, the rest of my family can't even if they try. But I do not hide a secret from you that it sometimes affects me negatively, even if I do not feel sleepy, I feel tired quickly, my head is heavy, and my absorption is less than the days when I sleep well.
I have a cool trick that I learned from my doctor, since we can't control our sleep at night and often feel restless, so we just have to wake up! how?
The issue is simple, since we cannot control our sleep, then we have to control waking up, that is, setting the times of awakening, for example from 8 am to 10 pm, during this time you must completely and permanently prevent yourself from sleeping, after this period you are allowed to sleep, provided that You also wake up, even if no matter what happens before 8 am (the time you chose), the first two days it will be difficult for you to control them and you will experience severe sleepiness, but after three days your body will begin to get used to it and get rid of all fatigue or disorder.

Sport for me now is a source of happiness, satisfaction, and psychological and physical peace. Praise be to God who blessed me to practise it.
Exactly 10 months ago, I made the decision to exercise almost daily, and from that day on I only stopped for a while, but it had a great impact on me, as I am now calmer..a disease-free body, thank God. - I can run by walking for a distance of more than 10 kilometers or more. I read more than before. My laziness is gone.
In short, Sport is a treasure (running, walking, bodybuilding). Do not hesitate and you will notice its results from the first day on yourself (the important thing is to persevere, even a little daily).
What do you do for mental fitness?
The thing that I noticed the most positive effect on mental health and activity is the habit of sleeping early and waking up early. Here are some tips that helped me acquire that habit:
First: I clearly defined my reasons, and asked myself a realistic question: “Why do I want to wake up early?” The answer was logical. Waking up early will give me a great mental clarity that will help me focus more and apply some morning habits that will make my mental, physical and psychological health better. It will also make me maintain my prayers. Dawn on time and that is all priority.
Secondly: I adhered to a specific time for waking up, no matter how late the time of sleep was, and no matter how different the time of sleep was. Maintaining a specific time for waking up made me, over time, wake up automatically at the same time every day.
Third: No screens right before bed. I used to go to sleep without my phone. I made it far away from me to work as an alarm clock only. This helped me not to open the phone, and after an hour I found myself watching a video talking about the wonders and curiosities of the Atlantic Ocean.
Fourth: I tracked my simple successes. I watched the effect of waking up early on the success of my day. The better I find the day, the more motivation I find to repeat it again.

If you didn't, I would have missed this tip on how to control your sleep. How I wish I could put it into practice. Ever since I can remember, I have had a very active mind at night, and I hardly ever sleep more than 5 hours in a day. I used to sleep with a pen and paper next to my bed. At least I don't do that anymore.
Before I close my eyes, I put my phone far away from me. If I don't, I will look at the time when I wake up during the night, and if I do that, it is tickets. I am wide awake.
Luckily, I don't need an alarm, as I always wake up in the early hours of the morning.
