It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @hive-168205 which talks about MY GOOD MENTAL HEALTH. I will be making my entry below so read through it and drop your valuable comment as it will be appreciated.
1.- What practices do you implement every day to maintain good mental health and prevent stress? |

Everyday, the practice I implement to maintain a good mental health is meditation. Some times the brains needs to rest hence to do this you will have to set aside a time when you will be completely free from other activities both physically and mentally and then rest your brain.
When you set aside a time for mediation daily you will notice that your mental health will improve very well. Resting the brain is an important factor that must always be taken into consideration at all times.
So everyone reading through this post today should always look for a time to ensure that they rest their brain even if it is 10 minutes. This can be achieved through meditation.
2.- What is your most effective strategy to manage and overcome anxiety or depression? |

Anxiety and depression are two things that can lead one to Aan early grave. So the best way to manage depression and anxiety is to always be around people and also be sure to always do that which makes you smile no matter the situation you find yourself.
When you are always among people that make you smile then depression and anxiety won't have the better part of you. Here in Nigeria we have many comedians who are making us happy with their jokes.
So I recommend you watch some of these comedy often so that your sorrow, anxiety and depression will disappear as you smile on the various jokes made by these comedians.
3.- What activities do you find most useful to improve your mood and emotional well-being? |

One of the activities that I find most useful to improve my mood and emotional well being is watching comedy and also discussing with my friends. So anytime I feel that I'm going into depression, I pick up my phone and immediately start watching comedy that will make me smile.
Another way to go around it is to go my friends and then sit with them to discuss about life. Most of them are very fun to be with as they crack jokes always. They will always try to make you smile before leaving their presence.
4.- How does your family, friends, and your community support you in maintaining and improving your mental health? |

My friends are always there for me especially when I don't seem happy. I have the best of friends as they are always there to ensure that a smile comes out of my face always.
Whenever they see me sad or not happy they will always try to find a way to make me smile and that alone is something for me because no matter what you are passing through, you are not the first.
So my friends and those around me are always of great help when it comes to putting a smile.ony face. When you are surrounded by people that make you happy then you will always live longer.
5.- What resources (books, applications, therapies) have you found most useful to strengthen your mental health and why would you recommend them? |

One of the therapies I have found that is most useful to strengthen ones mental health is meditation. I do this everyday and I can say that it is the best way to improve your mental health because you will be able to rest the brain as you meditate and you will have yourself connected to the other world if you do it properly.
Anytime you have the opportunity to meditate you should forget every other thing and clear your mind from any other thought and that way your brain will get the rest it needs and also it will help you improve your mental health.

Buenos días! Ciertamente la depresión y ansiedad pueden llevar a una persona a la muerte. Desde mi experiencia puedo decir que afecta mucho la salud física y el apoyo de tus seres queridos es de mucha ayuda para mejorar. Debemos mantenernos al pendiente de cualquier señal de depresión pues no es fácil salir de ello.
Debemos aprovechar lo bonito de la vida y de las malas situaciones aprender y salir adelante, hacer cosas y actividades que nos llenen de alegría.
