In today's world the over use of medication has become an important part of our life. Also we know that medication is very important for the treatment of certain health condition or disease but reliance too much on them can lead to problems.
There are also many side effects of our medication. As we know that medicines contain drugs and resistance that reduce the ability of body to heal in the natural way. These issues highlight the importance of reducing medication and focusing on alternative approaches.
One of the main reason to stay away from unnecessary medicines is risk of side effects. Every medicine or drug have its own side effects which can sometimes be swear.
- Long term use of painkillers can damage our liver and kidney.
- Antibiotics can destroyed the balance of healthy bacteria in our gut that lead to they digestive problems and weak immune system.
Depending too much on medication can some time hide the real issues rather than addressing them.Such as taking medicine of high blood pressure without change in habits like diet and exercise can help in short term but can not improve overall health in long run.
Preventing the need for medication will start with changing our habits towards the healthier lifestyle. By making good choices in our daily life we can reduce our reliance on medicines here are some tips.
Eating balanced diet that is rich in fruits vegetables and whole grains can prevent from swear diseases. Reducing the intake of process food sugar and unhealthy fats help to learn the risk of conditions like heart disease diabetes and obesity.
Physical activity that is essential for maintaining good health we should aim for the activity at least 150 minutes in the week. Activities like walking cycling or swimming help to balance the blood pressure and improve our heart health as well as also boost our mental health.
- Chronic stress is a major factor to health problems like hypertension and anxiety and depression. By practicing meditation yoga for spending time in nature help to reduce our stress level and also the need of medication
Taking a good quality Sleep is really important for overall health. By taking 7 to 9 hours of sleep is night allow our body to repair and remain healthy.
Drinking plenty of water is necessary for body functions such as support in digestion circulation and temperature regulations.
Medications are sometimes necessary but adopting a healthy lifestyle can reduce the need for medication. So by forking on natural healing methods and prevention we can enhance our body and say goodbye to medications. |
