Hello friends greetings to all. Hope you all are well. By the grace of Allah I am also well. The third week of the engagement contest begins today. So today I am back to participate in this wonderful engagement contest organized by this community. The name of this contest is Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W3 - "Hereditary Diseases" . This is an excellent topic, as some people may have inherited diseases. There are many people around us who have diseases from father, grandfather or hereditary. So I will discuss this topic in detail, stay with me.

🧬 1-Did you know that many diseases are hereditary?

Yes, I know that there are some diseases that are hereditary. It starts in one generation and continues to the next generation. I have seen some such hereditary diseases around my area. These include diabetes, hair loss or baldness, heart disease, tuberculosis, etc.

So I have seen two generations of people in my life. Some of them have seen human genetic diseases. Some diseases are minor and some diseases are terrible. So I have seen many people around me dealing with this hereditary disease. The disease starts from the father and their children suffer from the disease.

🧬 2- What are the diseases that have been triggered in your family or friends circle? explain.

In fact none of my own family or circle of friends have developed such a severe disease. But my father and my grandfather had a disease which I claim is hereditary. It first affected my grandfather, then my father, uncle and later myself. Although this disease is not so terrible, this disease has a lot of impact on the individual.

It is hair loss or baldness problem. In fact, one will laugh to hear this, but the truth is that this disease is our hereditary disease. My grandfather was bald in his old age, currently my father is suffering from baldness and I am slowly realizing the problem of baldness. Our hair is falling out which is affecting us personally. From my grandfather my father is affected by this disease, then my uncle, my cousin and I also face this baldness problem.

🧬 3- Do you take health forecasts regarding these diseases?

yes i do In fact, for every disease, precautions should always be taken. I also take health predictions about my disease. Baldness problem is one such problem that has a significant impact on our personal life. We have to present ourselves as smart in every place in our daily life. This includes own appearance or looks, style. So if we don't have smartness there then we will suffer a lot.

That's why I always take care of my hair. Eat foods like vitamin E. Take foods that increase hormones. Hormones are an important factor in the human body. We should always eat hormonal foods. Avoid using low quality hair shampoos, soaps or bad oils. We always try to eat nutritious food. Take health predictions for any disease.

🧬 4- Can hereditary diseases be cured?

One thing to remember is that hereditary diseases grow from human blood. So if you or I have a genetic disease, it is usually not curable. Such diseases are associated with our blood system. This disease is not diagnosed in any medical test. But if we are conscious and understand this disease then we can control it with doctor's advice. However, it is now possible to cure hereditary diseases thanks to many modern treatments.

Our human body changes due to the environment. If we take care of health in harmony with the environment, we can cure any hereditary disease. Be it diabetes, baldness or tuberculosis. To cure any hereditary disease, diet should be controlled, the disease should be treated and dealt with by a doctor. Only then any hereditary disease can be cured.
