I think that if you gain a lot of weight, it is a danger sign for you, because your weight gain brings with it many diseases, the cause of every disease, starting with obesity, heart disease. The main reason is the increase in blood pressure, so I think it should be controlled. The best thing to control that you should always eat when you are hungry but try not to fill your stomach. Exercise daily, You should take care of your health, take vitamins and walk daily so that your weight is controlled and once you gain weight, it becomes very difficult to control it.Similarly, those who are already underweight find it very difficult to gain weight. If gaining weight is very difficult, losing weight is also very difficult.
โ๐.You suffer from some problem in your metabolism. You know some pathologies?.โ
Its a common problem but seriously attack when you don't pay attention to it. It often happens when we eat recklessly, when we don't have our meals on time and skip our meal, I end up with flatulence or bloating which makes my Metabolism not work well. Either the weight goes down too much or it goes up too much, so I know that it happens because some problem is in the stomach, but when you have a problem in your belly,you must have serious issue. You should see a doctor immediately before the things goes worse.
Pathologies is one of the importance part that you can study to deal with diseases, causes and effect on the body. For me i didn't know much about it but try to search everthing from the internet.
โ๐.What is the concept of "Ideal weight"?.โ
Ideal weight concept refeal to healthy weight individual sex, age abd body type. You keep hearing about ideal weight and in my country people are healthy and love soneone who hadca good weight and healthy and didn't try to look skinny people's and always make fun of skinny one. Similarly, if we talk about other country people's skinny people are more liked there. Being weak does not bother them at all, but they say that if you are skinny, you are more beautiful. It should be said that in every country different types of people are liked and their weight is appreciated and in every country the beauty and weight standards are different.

Yes of course I am happy today that I am still at my ideal weight because I have faced this thing for a long time that my weight was not increasing. My weight is going very well and I have no tension about anything and I would like to maintain it by doing regular exercise and eating on time so that I don't lose weight. Do not do more Do it because being happy is your first priority, and that's a big win.

Our culture greatly influences how we see a healthy weight. In some places, you have to be so curvy to be considered healthy. Some of these ladies end up pumping in so much kilos just to stay voluptuous.
In the end, this unchecked weight gain attracts serious health conditions such as obesity, fatty liver diseases and even high blood pressure.
Meanwhile,
Congratulations on gaining your ideal weight. It must have been difficult to deal with the body shaming earlier but I am glad that you have been able to overcome that finally.
One thing I learned is that a healthy weight is never defined by the amount on flesh or pounds on the body. And that we can maintain a body weight like yours and still be healthy.
