Bones health means that these must sustain a good (but within limit) level of calcium. Ca deposition maintains the density of bones which ensure the strength. If the bones are healthy and strong, the body can work duly and there is no hindrance in performing the routine assignments.

Food enriched in calcium is the capital in case of bone health. Ca must be part of daily diet to fulfil the requirement for bones. If Ca intake is at the minimum then the threshold level it proved dangerous. Our body is an automatic machine which has some autopilot like modes.

Like for muscle contraction and relaxation require an adequate amount of Ca, but if we didn't take it from outside, our body fullfil it from inside i.e from the bones deposited Ca. But it lowers the density of bones. In turn, bones become more fragile and vulnerable to break more easily. Some exercises like walking, running etc must be carried out regularly.

Furthermore, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption have a bad impact on bone health. These help to keep the bones in a good functioning condition.

Milk is a chief source of Ca. Daily intake is conspicuous in building strong bones, according to a paper published by the National Institute of Health in America.

Other food are leafy greens (spinach, broccoli,kale) dry fruits(almonds, nuts) eggs, cheese and yogurt are good for bones health.
