If urine is been foamy. Does it mean the kidneys are damaged?

This question I know a lot of people has been wanting to know what could be the problem.

Last two weeks, I experienced something strange in my urine and I began to panic, then first I called a doctor friend and he asked to come over to the hospital for more clarification, then on the second thought, I asked myself what's is the usefulness of a cellphone?

When on my research my mind was skipping, I find out that when your urine is foamy some people panic thinking that they have kidney issues, my dear that's a fake rumor which I am here to clear the doubt.

• Dehydration: Dehydration is one of the causes of foamy urine, once there is no fluid in you is possible that your urine will foam, once you are dehydrated, there is no too ways, your urine must becomes more concentrated, as the results of that you will experience foam in your urine.

At this point, I will advice that you take much water, don't wait until you are tasty before you drink enough water, this will help flush out toxic from your system and it will help keep your kidney healthy.

• Urinating with force: A lot us are victims of this, at times we wait until we are fully pressed before we can empty our bowel. Urinating with force give chance to air to mix with our urine, and as a result our urine form foam.

• Protein-rich diet: Eating a lot of protein is another cause of foamy urine. It's advice able we eat healthy

• Proteinuria: This is a condition where too much protein is present in your urine. In this aspect, it can be a sign of kidney damage, when your kidneys is not healthy there is a possibility for protein to pass to your urine.

• Kidney disease: there are some conditions that can cause kidney disease, nephrotic syndrome or glomerulonephritis can cause proteinuria and it causes foamy urine because your kidneys are damage.

• Kidney infection: when your kidneys are Infected it can also lead to foamy urine, though in this aspect it comes with pains, fever when ever you want to urinate.
