My favourite summer fruit nutritional facts

Pineapple is one of the fruit my grandma planted in her farmyard. When I was living with her, I didn't know much about the health benefits of pineapple except it sweet taste. Pineapple was the only fruit my grandma likes most in her farm, after learning about the nutritional value and health benefits of pineapple, I begin to see what my grandma was trying to explain to us.

There are some many fruit one can enjoy in summer and this fruits are juicy. Apart from pineapple which I mentioned there's other summer fruits one can consider, and it's available in my surroundings;

Like I said earlier, apart from consuming all this fruit and it's sweet and juicy tastes, we need to also understand the nutritional value and what it's does in our body. Remember I choose pineapple as my favourite so let's look at the nutritional value of pineapple.

If you have noticed, there are other nutrients available in pineapple which is not necessary needed or in small quantity like calories and therefore, it good to remember that this fruit should be consume in moderate proportion as excessive consumption may cause digestive issues due to its high fiber and sugar content.
