This means that the children do not get the required amount of food, which means that the specific amount required for the development of the child is not given to him. Due to this many problems arise such The bone will become weak and the height of the child will not increase.
This disease not only affects the physical development of children but it also affects the learning, understanding and intelligence of children. It can also lead to the death of the child. The infant mortality rate in Pakistan is about 300,000 every year.
This is due to lack of food for the mother due to poverty and pregnancy every year without a break. If this problem goes on for a long time, it can also lead to anemia in children.

Shere the factors contributing to malnutrition?

In our society, parents, especially mothers, bring their children with various problems such as anemia, short height and low weight. In this world, the main reason for this is not taking care of itself during pregnancy and not getting a good diet. Apart from this, the second major reason is that babies are overfed by mother's milk.
There is no doubt that milk is the complete food for the first six months of life and later it needs solid food because the baby's Nutritional requirements cannot be met by milk alone. As a result of overfeeding, children do not eat solid food and satisfy their hunger with milk.

How can we prevent a child from these issues?

In order to protect children from this, it is important to give them a complete and nutritious diet, along with ensuring that basic vaccinations are given on time to protect them from diseases, and the environment around them is clean and safe. So that children can avoid diseases and have a safe environment to play. Parents should get complete information regarding good food and nutrition for newborns.

you can give suggestions to improve health care of children in developing countries?

In developing countries, children often do not get complete nutrition due to lack of food, so the government should take measures regarding this. In my opinion, the first thing that the government should do is to focus on population control because the poor. And the major problem of developing countries is overpopulation and lack of resources. Apart from this, the government should start a social welfare program to provide food for the poor and their children.
