"Appendix Pain"

This particular topic is very important to me because I have had a terrible experience that I won't wish for any of my enemies to experience because they might not live to testify. So let me take you through the lines of my painful experience and also the reason why I forfeit my football career.

Appendix is a small tube- like duct located at your right lower abdomen close to your large intestine and if any food particles went call enter into it, it will now turned into appendicitis, Appendicitis here is simply the inflammation of the tube-like structure present in the human body.

Appendix Pain is always severe and it's of two types, the mild one which can be treated with medicine from the pharmacy, but when the pain is severe, they have to remove the tube and if it's not been taken care by the doctor it will rupture and the person will wns up going for a major surgery.

The pains from appendix can make one to be discomfort and will also make you cough, vomit and even sneeze.

Yes I have suffered a great deal from appendix and like I said earlier that I can never wish my worst enemy such a pain, that's because he might not live to testify.

This experience happened to me when I was in my first year in the higher institution, though it has been giving me some signs during my secondary school days (high school) I mean sharp tiny pains down my lower abdomen but I will just ignore it and endure the pains, I won't even tell anyone for two reasons, the first reason is that, I assumed that it was a menstrual cramps that I usually have, so I refused telling my grandmother since i was staying with her, just because I didn't want her to stop me from playing football.

Another reason was that my coach mustn't observed or hear that I am having one pain or the other, he will just drop you from the #Pelican-Star Calabar (football club).

These pain went on and on till I got admission into higher institution and I was still playing my football, playing for Ibom Angels football club. One day on the field the pain came on me so severe that I didn't know how it started and I was rushed to the hospital because I fainted.

The doctor examined me, run some test and the results said I had appendicitis and that it's at the verge of rupturing that I need to be operated on as soon as possible. But before that could be done,y parents have to give consent and so the necessary signing but so unfortunately my parents were far away in the village and I was unable to reach out to them since I was still unconscious.

After I woke up, the doctor has given me medication for the pains to subside and told me to inform my parents so that they can proceed with it immediately.

After how many days of taking the medication I no longer feel the pains and I didn't inform my parents about it, rather all my focus and desire was to be in the field playing my football.

After a month during my second semester exams in school and my last paper, I stroked down again and that was my final stage, every one in the hostel thought I was pregnant because I vomited often and my tommy began to look funny, some days it will swell up amd some days it will be normal.

The mentron of the hostel took me to the hospital and called my father, and my father said they hospital should transfer me to the general hospital in my hometown, that was where I undergo a major operation because my appendix was ruptured, the doctor said that I have trigger it for a long time and in a hard way too.

So after the surgery I was warned never to cross the field again, anything football I should just kill that dream if not I will die, that was how I end my football career that I built since I was at the age of 11😭.

Your health is your asset and life has no duplicates, so it's a basic right for everyone to live a healthy life. Consulting a doctor and also taking the right treatment for your health is the paramount, don't always wait till you have a bigger pains before you start doing the right thing by going to see the doctor.

Don't ignore those little signs your body gives you, try and observe your body system and know when something is not feeling right inside of you, by so doing you will surely overcome so many health disaster.

Lastly try to avoid all this painkiller drugs from the counter, they might be dangerous to your health, particularly in this condition.
