Hello respected steemians! I'm @moazzamushtaq from #pakistan and I warmly welcome all of you to my post. Hopefully you all will be well and will be enjoying your lives. Today I'm going to participate in the contest organized by @helengutier2 in Healthy Steem The topic is "Healthy eating". Let's start the topic;

Healthy eating:

Healthy food mean consuming that food which are useful for our health. Healthy eathing is so important for living a good and healthful life. Healthy food mean eating the food which is helpful for our health and preventing the things which is bad and killing for our life.

Healthy foods are those which things provide you nutrients and essential energy to you and your body to living a healthful life.healthy food like water, carbohydrates , fat, protein, vitamin and minerals are very important for our health.these minerals are the keys to make our body healthy.

I am very concious about my health and always take care of myself that's why i am a lover of fruits and vegetables because fruits and vegetables are full of essential nutrients and keeps us healthy. I am living in Pakistan , where there are a number of fruits and vegetables in all over the country. There are different fruits and vegetables of different seasons and by consuming these natural things easily I can live a healthy life.

With the consuming of healthy food, mostly I prevent from eating junk food as this food can make us unhealthy and unfit for living a happy life. Nowadays people, mostly young's plans to eat fast food in their treats and by eating so much food they fall into illness. Milk is the drink which I drink everyday and also I eat the home cook meal. That's all about eating things.

At the end I want to say that without health man is unable to live a beautiful and a happy life. That's why should we very careful about our health and should consume fruits and vegetables and other healthy drinks and also prevent from consuming junk food as this food can cause disturbance in our health.

Así es amigo una alimentación sana y saludable es aquella donde consumimos una dieta balanceada donde estén presentes todos los rubros que nuestro organismo necesita para su óptimo funcionamiento, esta alimentación debe ser rica en vegetales, legumbres, proteínas, frutas, granos.

No hay nada más perjudicial para nuestra salud que la comida chatarra y si la queremos comer lo mejor es realizarla en casa, ya que solo así sabemos lo que estamos consumiendo.
