Hi, Hope you all are well and enjoying your healthy life. This is a great healthy contest in which we talk about the upcoming season and how we can stay safe and enjoy in this winter i am very excited to participate in this contest. I'm thankful to @mesola for organizing this contest.

👉 What can be done to avoid being sick, what are the tips to follow so as you can be safe and have a healthy winter.

Winter is the best season with a slight humidity in the air and a mysterious silence. But when weather become severe it brings lots of diseases. And this weather can be deadly. So now we discuss how we can keep ourselves safe in this cold season and enjoy this season. So first of all we have to set our routine which means we don't go out of our house unnecessarily during the times.

When the weather is severe like night time and early morning time. And we have to take special care of our clothing, which means we should wear warm clothes and protect ourselves from the cold. And according to the season, we have to change our diet and use mostly hot things on the diet.

👉 What are the Healthy Diet, drugs or Food that is been required during winter ( local or artificial)

In winter, eat foods that help keep you warm and are high in protein, such as eggs, fish, soap and dry fruits These foods are mostly used in winter in locally one thing which is most commonly used in our area is “doodh jalabi” local sweet dip with milk it is so yummy mostly used in winter.

👉 What kind of clothes is needed during winter.

The clothing varies according to the area, which means that people living in mountainous areas, where the weather is very cold, the clothes of people will be different from those who live in the plains, where it is not so cold there are some common clothes that are used in winter are over coat , hat, sweaters , Mufflers and Gloves.

👉 mention the Health problem that is been trigger by winter.

Most of the time, ear, nose and throat diseases occur in winter like Flu, pneumonia , sore throat , and asthma attacks . We protect ourselves from these diseases by taking special care. We can prevent it by warming out body temperature. Body temperature can be maintain or warm by taking protein rich foods, covering body by clothes. In this way, we can prevent ourselves from winter disease.
