In this post I will portray the fast foods consumption its pros and cons related to health and then my opinions about fast foods consumption.
So without any delay let’s move on the topic.
Now a days fast foods are most popular among people.Mostly the consumer of fast foods are adults and teenagers meanwhile children also likes fast food.
By the time homemade food will replaced with fast foods because the popularity and consumption is increasing day by day.People are interested in growing their business by providing facilities like free home deliveries and discounts that make fast food more affordable and in comparison to homemade food it is yummy.
How often I use fast foods
As I am working in poultry processing plant as a Food Quality Assurance officer, I use daily fast foods for the sensory and quality purpose.
Here we make various products like Nuggets, Tender pops, Fiery Fingers, Burger patties, and many others including sausages and pizza toppings.
My favourite Fast Foods
There are many products which I like but most favourite ones are:
- Zinger Burgers loaded with vegetables
- Sandwitch filled with sausage cold cuts
- 14th street special pizza (Extreme peri peri)
- Pasta loaded with cheese
- **KFC french fries

The above mentioned products that are yummy and I mostly use when ever I goes with my friends.Few days ago I went on 14th Street and enjoyed alot.The reason why I go there is the unique taste and service they provide.
Health risk due to fast foods
Definitely there are pros and cons of everything.Excess of everything is bad.
- Pros of fast food
Fast food have many advantages that are very useful like it is ready to eat without time consumption we can eat easily.The unique taste of products.we can buy at affordable price with discounts.
- Cons of fast food
So if we consume only fast food it will be very harmful for health.Most commonly stomach issues arise like chest burn, discomfort, obesity, heart issues, blood pressure and gastrointestinal diseases.
Fast food can be healthier
Yes fast food can be made healthier even if we consume daily.The only thing is that to keep balance in your diet.If we eat fast food then must add fruits, fresh salad, and yogurt.Proper intake of dietary fibers can protect from harmful effects of fast foods.
