The real meaning of alopecia in medical terms is hair loss.And there is no age limit in it.A person suffering from this disease can be at a young age and can be after 40 years.According to experts, this disease is mostly found in men.
People know it as Bal Char.It starts from one part of the head and slowly covers the whole head.Due to which all the hair on the head falls and the person becomes bald.When the disease starts, it appears in the form of a round circle.These rounds depend on the severity of the disease.

Alopecia can affect both men and women.But mostly this disease is found in men.Sometimes it is also hereditary which goes from generation to generation.Baldness occurs due to hormone deficiency.When it occurs, the hair becomes thin and begins to fall out.

Clinically manifests as alopecia universalis which affects the cells as well as the nails.Many women suffer from alopecia due to anxiety and depression.Due to which not only their hair becomes thin but also starts falling.Also, it is an autoimmune disease that adversely affects the immune system.

Also, consume good foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and protein.Avoid using shampoos that are full of chemicals.They weaken the integrity of the hair by getting into the hair roots.Which not only thins the hair but also gives a chance for hair fall.
