INTRODUCTION
Hello steemian it good to be home once again, happy new year to you all, this is a very nice and interesting contest that why I want to participate in it. If we take good food and fruit we don't need to meet our doctor.
Have you ever heard this saying before? What do you think it means?
I have heard the saying before that says keeping the doctor away. It appeared when I read a book that concerned the 19th century, it talks about apple.
If us as human eat balance diet and remain healthy, there's no need to meet or see they doctor often. If we eat an apple a day or before going to bed, we won't find any need of seeing or seeking for a doctor..
DO YOU THINK EATING AN APPLE EVERY DAY CAN REALLY KEEP THE DOCTOR AWAY? WHY OR WHY NOT
I think eating an apple every day will help not in visiting a doctor, I say this because apple have strong nutrients and also help in fighting disease.
Apple are a very good source of dietary fiber, they also regulate blood sugar level, apple also help in managing weight in our body.
For me apple are very good and I know 5 benefits of eating apples which are;
- It protects humans hearts
- It helps very well in losing weight
- It boosts human brain
- It helps in fighting of cancer
- It reduce risk of two type of diabetes
those are the 5 benefits of apple I know and it is working very well.
WHAT ARE SOME OTHER HEALTHY HABITS OR FOODS THAT YOU THINK CAN HELP US STAY HEALTHY?
For me there are so many food and things that we need to do to stay save which I will mention them below here.
Food we should take to stay safe;
- Fruit
- Vegetables
- Water
- nuts
- seeds
- protein
This are they most important food we should take to be healthy.
Things we should do to be healthy;
- Drinking of water
- Exercise
- enough rest and sleep
- we should not take much alcohol
- checking out weight to be balance.
This are all we need to be healthy at all times.
With this we all won't have any problem and we won't have need of seeing a doctor.
WHAT ARE SOME HEALTH BENEFITS FROM EATING APPLES
There are so many benefits of eating apples, I have mentioned some of them already, I will just list out they one I know that are remaining which are;
- It helps in boosting our brains
- Apple protect our hearts
- reduce Cancer
- Reduce diabetes
- it helps in reducing weight
IF YOU WERE TO CREATE YOUR OWN SAYING ABOUT A DIFFERENT FRUIT OR VEGETABLE, WHAT WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
Vegetables and fruits contain a lot of vitamin and mineral that can help in they human bodies, it also contain fiber and that very good.
This fruit and veggies help in fighting so many things in our body, it helps in fighting diabetes and cancer too. We all know that diabetes and cancer are very dengerous in our body, so with the use of apple and some veggies it will cure them all.
