INTRODUCTION
Hello my fellow steemians it good to be here once again, I am so happy to be writing in this community, because it talks about our health and how we should take care of it to prevent sickness.
Today topic is health a free right, this is a wonderful contest to do.
WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND BY FREE PUBLIC HEALTH?
When we say public health, public health means protecting and promoting they health of all people leaving in that Same community.
This can only happen when the is a hospital in a particular community that was built by they government to protect all sick patient around that community.
In they community I reside, there is a small Hospital that was built by they government for sick people, it is very useful because, some people around that community, some of them don't have money to go for check up and other things, so that hospital around my neighborhood will do that for free for them.
It is good to have public health around any community.
IS HEALTH IN YOUR COUNTRY A FREE, SEMI-FREE SERVICE OR DO YOU HAVE TO PAY TO ACQUIRE IT?
In my community, we have so many hospitals and pharmacy, 80% of they hospital here, people around there have to pay before they can be treated, but they remaining 20 is for free.
They reason why it is like that is because, they 20% of they hospital around here in Nigeria are built by government, anything here that are built by government are for free, things like school, hospital are built by they government personal.
So my answer is some hospital here are free while some here are pay before service.
PUBLIC HOSPITALS IN YOUR COUNTRY HAVE THE MEDICAL SERVICES AND SUPPLIES NECESSARY TO CARE FOR PATIENTS?
For me I don't think that public health have all the necessary items used to take care of patients in my community.
this is they problem of public health, government will not give workers enough money the need to buy things. That why public hospitals won't have all they item needed.
But hospital own by men and women, each of them will have all they items needed because they know if they have everything complete the will have more customers to attend too.
So public health around me don't have they item required to take care of patients.
